Today’s song: “Through the Ghost” by Shinedown.
This was the first song I really recognized as Shinedown, and it remains one of my favorites.
It also has a place on my soundtrack for The Space Between Songs, during the time when Jessi is alone and wandering. Some songs become connected to the characters as I write, and this one belongs to that part of her story.
Some songs stay with you, and this is one of mine.
